The Roots of The Chill
Founded in the heart of the Last Frontier, the Alaska 59s represent the grit and resilience of Northern hockey and The Chill. Our story began as Moose Hockey Alaska on outside ice and local rinks, fueled by a passion that only Alaskans understand. Our approach has caught on and from our first team, the Spruce Moose founded in 2018, we now add our final, 24th team the Alaska 59s - uniting players through authentic community both on and off the ice.
